If your book has not turned up
This is the one I hear most, and it is nearly always a delivery problem I can fix in a couple of minutes. Before you write, look in your spam folder and promotions tab—that is usually where it has gone.
If it is genuinely not there, write to me and I will send the files over by hand. You do not need an order number; the address you paid with is enough.
Refunds
If the book isn't what you expected, write to me within 30 days and I'll refund you in full. You keep the book. Terms
